Located on the tip of South Australia’s scenic Yorke Peninsula with panoramic sea views to Kangaroo Island, Seafire is only 26km from the popular seaside town of Marion Bay and one of South Australia’s tourism jewels, the spectacular Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.

ARRIVAL

From the entrance gate, a 1km gravel track leads to the house at the ‘ocean’ end of the property where the only sounds you’ll hear are birdsong and the sea.

From the spacious carport, you’ll pass through a sheltered north-facing courtyard where a coastal garden, bubbling water fountain, outdoor dining area and an Escea cook-in fireplace create the perfect ambience for entertaining friends in the cooler months.

This is also the perfect place to sip your coffee on sunny mornings and to enjoy alfresco meals in warmer weather. An outdoor kitchen alcove fitted with an electric barbecue and sink will make feast preparations a breeze.

LIVING ROOM

Prepare to be astonished when you step into the living room. A soaring wall of glass runs the full length of this bright and airy space and frames breathtaking ocean views to Kangaroo Island.

Big comfy sofas, a Smart TV and Danish-style wood heater, a small study area, and a gorgeous Living by Design concrete dining suite complete this elegant space.

Outside, a massive sun deck provides plenty of space to dine outdoors or you can simply soak in the ever-changing views from the resort-style sun loungers. From wildlife spotting to storm watching, Seafire really is an idyllic spot to dream the days away.

KITCHEN

Get ready to fall in love with Seafire’s stunning black and white kitchen. Granite bench tops, a huge white glass-door fridge and a roomy butlers pantry set the scene in a well-equipped kitchen where you’ll really enjoy creating a scrumptious spread for your family and friends. Everything will be at your fingertips including a coffeemaker, coffee grinder, bread maker, sandwich grill and blender.

But don’t forget that if you’d like a real holiday, we can provision your fridge and pantry before you arrive. We can even have chef-prepared meals waiting for you, or arrange a chef to visit you at Seafire to prepare a full service brunch, lunch or dinner.

KING SUITES

After a day relaxing at Seafire or exploring the local area, you can look forward to sleeping in heavenly comfort. Each bedroom suite features a plush king-size Sealy Posturepedic ensemble dressed in crisp white hotel-style linen and complemented by a stunning all-white ensuite with rain shower, heated towel rails and underfloor heating to keep you toasty in the cooler months.

Each bedroom and ensuite opens on to its own private ocean-facing deck with an outdoor hot water shower where you can also enjoy a morning cuppa. Snuggly bathrobes, deluxe guest products, in-room coffee-making facilities and a SmartTV complete this picture of holiday perfection. And of course, if needed, both king beds can split into singles if you’re holidaying with friends or children.
